      In what types of locations do we place our
      clinics?
      Our goal is to place clinics in shopping centers that are
      convenient and accessible to large numbers of people, and have
      daily-use tenants (for example: grocery, healthcare, beauty, multiple restaurant options). We want our clinics to be in those shopping cen-
      ters that attract the most people most often.

      How will I find the best location to place my clinic?
      We have identified 1700 trade areas across the country where we want to have clinics. We will work with you to find and train a local com-
      mercial real estate broker to help you find available space in centers we like in those trade areas.


      Who and where are our best customers?
      We have a database of hundreds of thousands of our patients. We understand the demographics and behaviors of our patients and can
      help you locate neighborhoods in your area that contain our best patient characteristics.

      As a franchisee when do you start looking for real estate?
      Upon the signing of your franchise paperwork (LOI or Franchise Agreement) your RD or The Joint Corp. Real Estate Manager (in Non-RD
      areas) will orchestrate an introduction call with a Retail Real Estate Broker and coordinate site tours to begin the real estate process.


      As a franchisee can you use the Real Estate person that I know to help me with real estate site selec-
      tion?
      In most cases a Joint approved Retail Real Estate person is the requirement however we are open to interviewing new retail specialists if
      you would like us to consider them.
