Resetting Account Passwords Step-by-step Instructions

0 User Self-Service Password Reset

1 If the employee has an
e-mail address registered
in the LMS they can reset
their own password by first
clicking Login

2 The Sign In pop-up will
appear User clicks the
Request Password Reset
link

3 The user enters the email
address associated with
their account and clicks
Submit They will receive
a temporary password and
the next time they login, the
system will prompt them for
a new password
