             Inactivating and Activating User Account Instructions



           1  Find the user account
             following the Searching for
             User Accounts section

           2  Once you find the correct
             user, click on the Last Name,
             which will then open up the
             User Profile


           3  a. To Inactivate:
             If the Profile is in an Active
             status, simply select
             “InActive” from the Status
             dropdown menu

             b  To Activate:
             If the Profile is in an InActive
             status, simply select “Active”
             from the Status dropdown
             menu

             c  Click ‘Submit’ in the top
             right corner of the page

             NOTE: It is required to
             inactivate any employee
             that no longer works for the
             company.
