4 Complete all fields in the Profile, Contact, and Attribute sections and click “Submit” in the upper right-hand
corner
⊲ Be sure to include an email address

⊲ Unless the user needs admin access you can leave Role as ‘student ’

⊲ Be sure to add their Location by using the search function and selecting the correct clinic from the drop
down

⊲ Don’t forget to add their Position to ensure they are enrolled in the correct curriculum

5 Once you have clicked “Submit” the team member’s login information will be sent directly to the email
address that you listed for them in the Contact section
