2 On The Learning Center
home page, click on the
“Register Now” button
located in the top right
corner

3 From the Self-Registration
screen, complete all
appropriate fields with the
new user’s information

overview of the steps to
register a new user from
the self-registration portal

b Basic Information: This
section includes: Clinic
Number, Username, First/
Last Name and Password
