                       Onboarding Checklist













                         This Onboarding checklist is designed to help you keep track of the access for resources, along with
                          a place to capture your main point of contact, your Regional Developer or your Franchise Business
                        Consultant. These roles provide ongoing support to new franchise owners up to their opening day and
                          after. Post Training, the franchisee will receive more guidance and support to help them get started
                         and run a successful business. There is also a place to record information about your training coordi-
                                      nator, and regional training clinic and Clinic Support Center training detals.
