Question:

For the 3 teachers who handle new enrolments, after they have read through the DT report,
will there be subsequent meetings on how to plan the new students' daily WS setting?

Answer:
In the DT observation report, it comes with suggestions from Kak Mahiran on the initial daily

WS setting for each of the new students (Eg: 20ws for CW and 10ws for HW) and the end of
December target (Eg: 4A200 for Alyssa).

With that, each teacher will use this as a reference in making the initial WS setting for the
first 2 weeks. Then, as students attend classes, teachers will match the image of student

received from Kak Mahiran with the daily class observations.

Should there be some challenges observed in the student’s learning situation, discussion
would then be done with Kak Mahiran or communications would be carried out with the

parents.
