How do you manage the situation where parents are reserved in disclosing
information of their children?
Answer:
Generally for information that is related to children’s learning situation, parents
would not mind to share about them during the PO/DT session.
However, if it is related to family backgrounds or some rather private matters, it
can usually be shared/discussed in the individual DT session.
