Question:
To achieve higher student count, do you intend to train your assistants to conduct
group PO?
Answer:
It remains a priority for Kak Mahiran to conduct the group PO sessions by herself
and for parents to know her first before her teachers.
This is as she feels it is her responsibility to ensure parents understand and have
an idea of the kind of students her centre would like to nurture.
However, in the rare situations when she’s not available, her experienced staff,
Teacher Ayman would be the only other person that covers her on the aspect of
Group PO.
