From your experience, would a clear & detailed PO, lead to better retention?
Answer:
Yes. As PO is the time when parents are most physically and mentally to listen to
briefing about Kumon, a clear and detailed session would allow them to begin
following centre’s advice upon enrolment.
Should parents’ understanding be still lacking after the PO session, reinforcement
would be given during the following individual DT & upcoming PM sessions.
