How do you initiate parents’ engagement during PO?

Answer:
Action to initiate interaction with parents would be done through the Zoom chat

function.

Simple question would be posted for parents to respond to. For example: “Have
you collected the enrolment pack?” - Parents would respond with 5 (Yes), 6 (No).

With this, it would also provide the opportunity to follow-up to ensure parents

and their children would have everything ready for the following DT session.
