Assistant Hiring

Question:

What criteria do you look into/observe in the hiring of assistants?

Answer:

Generally, would look into the candidates’ SPM results and

considerations would be taken on both subjects of Mathematics and

English. Background on Additional Mathematics would be an added

value.

Besides that, test would be given during interviews to further assess

their ability. On top of that, there will also be observations on the

candidates’ body gestures and tone of speech.
