Do you convert part time assistants to full time, or will you recruit

directly as full time?

Answer:

Depending on the impressions gained towards the candidate during

interview. If the candidate fulfils the academic criteria and able to

present themselves well, he/she might be hired directly as full timer.

If there are some doubtful feeling over their capability and

commitment, he/she would start as a part timer.
