Assistant Retention

Question:

What sign would you notice in assistants that prompts you to have the needs

to take action to “retain” them?

Answer:

Among the signs that Ms. Yip would take note of would be whether the

teacher comes in to work early, or would they willingly stay late after official

working hour. With these 2 signs in mind, it would prompt her to consider
the retention, development plan & increment for said assistant

When teachers show the above sign, it shows that they are ready to commit
to the job & role in the centre and it also shows that they liked the job.
