Answer:

With that in mind, she decided to go beyond the limit to 23%-25% depending on the
centre’s needs. This is as she values more on the pursue of “auto-pilot”, centre’s
stability, centre’s growth as well as staff’s development to duplicates the instructor.

All in all, a limit can be put in place as a guideline, but it would not be a hard guideline.

Instructors would need to consider about expenditures base on their centre’s
direction, image for centre’s growth, staff’s development and their career

advancement.
