Question:
What is the percentage of net income do you allocate for assistant salary inclusive of

allowances/bonuses?

Answer:

At the initial stage, consideration of expenditure towards staff remunerations was at
about 20% of net income.

However, as the image for centre growth becomes clearer, that limit restricts the

opportunity to do “more” including on the choice of staff hiring (Part-time vs Full-
time).

In Ms. Yip’s point of view, regardless the number of part-time assistants, they are
unable to fulfil her expectations in students’ management and observations.
