Do you offer any other forms of training besides on the job training?

Answer:

At early stage of recruitment:
Marking and packing would be the first basic skills to learn and as teachers do more
and more packing, they would pick up on the general way of how WS settings are

made for students.

During non-class days:
Ms. Yip are always with her teachers during non-class days in the centre. As she flips
through students’ record book she would ask questions to her teachers and then she

feedback and provide guidance to her teachers about how to manage the student.
