Question:
Do you check on your assistants’ WS setting before they proceed for packing?
Answer:
No, review of record book will be done during class day observation of students. It is with
the intention to review the students’ current ability with what they are assigned to do.
For settings that are suitable, Ms. Yip would allow the students to progress as planned.
With this, it allow teachers to have the chance to practice and grow in the aspects of
making WS setting.
In the event of special cases and extraordinary students, highlight would be given to
teachers for them to notice these special circumstances to make settings that are suitable
for them.
