                      Answer:

                      Taking instances of Teacher Has, plans & expectations are communicated with her
                      along the process, starting as clerk:
                      1. To observe and instruct lower level Mathematics

                      2. To observe and instruct Higher level mathematics
                      3. To be involved in making WS settings

                      4. To be involved in the training of new teachers to take over her role at higher level
                      mathematics
                      5. Eventually to allow her to observe the centre from an overall point of view

                      6. Further plan would be to be exposed to other aspects of work such as PO & PM.
