Do you offer any other forms of training besides on the job training?

Answer:

Creating the environment:
As they are discussing about students and their progress in the centre, other assistants
would also overhear the conversation. In a way of immersion, they would gradually

pick up the thinking and approach to manage their own students.

Seniors supporting Junior:
Ms. Yip is not the sole person to provide training and support. Teacher Has, Teacher
Paula & Teacher May who are the centre’s experienced teacher, would be providing

training and support to newer teachers as well.
