We note that these have come at a time when the Sydney CBD market has changed for these tenants, while also being faced with expansionary business opportunities and capital being needed to fund this. We are intensely managing this aspect through asset management strategy and input of leasing agency marketing. To date this year, we have released three tenants to strategies including the progressive expansion of Salvos Legal over one whole floor, renewed a retail lease in the longer term to overcome street disruptions with the Metro rail construction. Further, we have concluded a renewal incorporating expansion of a commercial tenant and now poised to lease two suites to new tenants that will contain vacancy to a low level, whilst talking advantage of an uplift in rental rates. 122
