The building’s interior and services were completely transformed in 2015 by Sydney developer St Hilliers to provide A-Grade office space, with parking for 24 vehicles, luxurious end of trip facilities including showers, locker rooms and security bicycle storage, lower ground and ground floor retail and 11 levels of first class office accommodation. This Heritage listed building requires careful management of its fabric. Since Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as Property and Facilities Manager, we have achieved: • 5 Star Green Star Rating • 5 Star NABERS • 4 Star Water • 3.5 Indoor Environment Over 1 million litres in rain water harvesting for grey water use. Procured over 20 services e.g. air conditioning, lifts, BMS, etc. Managed the transition from development to a fully occupied fully functional building with surrounding demolition and construction.
