We have successfully transitioned the management of 90 Arthur Street since its acquisition by Deutsche in September 2016, and have planned and recently commenced Stage 1 CAPEX works relating to replace the fire indicator panel and mimic and extensive works on the roof covering replacement of the fire hydrant tank, building maintenance unit (with roof gantry system) and roof membrane as well as the relocation of lightening grid, and various other works. Capex works stage 2 planning is already in progress. 124
