Mastercard Australia embarked on a business transformation project which included the consolidation of 5 locations in Sydney to a new regional headquarters site.
Cushman & Wakefield was called on to provide the astute management and guidance required to undertake this fundamental task.

• Cushman & Wakefield ensured a rigorous approach was applied to all aspects of design, procurement and delivery while maintaining a collaborative framework in managing the expectations of all stakeholders.
• A fully documented design solution was preferred with Cushman & Wakefield managing the design and authority approval process.
• The contract works were procured via a traditional fixed priced lump sum contract.
