Project Description / Scope
PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Sydney office will be housed within the $6 billion waterfront Barangaroo precinct by 2017. It is an A-grade state of the art commercial fit-out of approximately 28,000sqm within one of three environmentally sustainable commercial towers located on the north-western edge of the Sydney CBD and the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The fitout project’s procurement methodology is based on managing contractor delivery.

Services provided by MBM
Quantity surveying services, including (among others): certifier under the AFL, cost and tracking advice, value engineering, tender documentation advice, tax depreciation, etc.
MBM has been co-ordinating with designers and other consultants from the Schematic Design stage. Continuing effort is being applied as the project moves through to construction stage and beyond, providing tracking services and cost advice through to working directly with the client on landlord contract advice/recommendations, tender advice, and tax depreciation services.
