Waterman was appointed to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Hydraulic Consulting Services.
• Upgrade of the Base Building to bring the fitout to
an “A” Grade Building.
• Development and implementation of a new base
building services design for the tenancy floors Ground – L12.
