Rabobank, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney
Waterman has been appointed to provide building services engineering design for the refurbishment of 6 levels of 201 Sussex Street (Sydney) for Rabobank.
The works entail demolition of the current fitout and provision of a new fitout to 6 commercial levels (approx 1,510m2 floorplates) to suit Rabobank’s changing business needs. This refurbishment includes a combination of new workstations, quiet rooms, meeting and training facilities, breakout, utility spaces, collaborative areas and front of house reception. There will be a dealing area and call centre included as part of the fitout.
An interconnecting stair is included in the project, connecting all 6 levels and the project will be seeking a NABERS rating of at least 5 stars.
The 6 levels will be refurbished in stages based on two floors at a time (3 build phases).
