Keep all tenancy and building information, in an easily accessible electronic filing system
Ensure compliance with all leases and other occupancy agreements Action in accordance with all required timeframes all lease and other critical action items
Negotiate Rent/Licence Fee Reviews to market, subject to Owner’s approval on terms Conduct tenant meetings (formal structure, excludes ad hoc meetings) and advise results in next monthly report
