Provide documentation and financial calculations required during the sale of the property.
Conduct regular meetings and respond to ad hoc requests from Owner
Respond to litigation matters and appear in court – if required.
Provide initial informal review of Land Value Notice and recommend action plan.
Provide assistance, documentation and manage works in relation to any insurance claims made on behalf of Owner.
Attending site in response to emergency callouts and assisting on any insurance claims.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Prepare Annual Business Plans in an agreed format
Prepare Lease Expiry profile
Conduct six monthly Strategic Asset Group Meetings
Provide required information or explanation to valuers as required
Advise tenants of any works that may disrupt or effect quiet enjoyment
