This 90,000-square-foot senior housing project was designed to reflect the character of the surrounding
historical neighborhood. Kessler Village includes a full service kitchen, dining hall, activity room, country
store, offices and support facilities. Prior to construction, IMC performed over a year of value engineering
and municipal approval work.
