Woodbridge Place, part of the historic village of Kimberton, includes 90 private apartments and a 15 unit
Alzheimer’s wing. The community includes a wellness center, fitness center, spa and an outdoor dining
terrace. Woodbridge is a recipient of the National Association of Home Builders NCOSH Silver Seal Award
for Building Excellence. This project also included the renovation of a historical barn, with oversight from
the Historical Commission, into convert it into administrative offices.
