Phoenix Village is a 275-unit luxury rental community and over 20,000 square feet of retail located
along Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The two buildings were phased and
consisted of four storied, wood-framed residential units built over one level of retail and one level
of parking.
