Situated on a 8.5-acre site the project includes the development of an 105-unit, 120-bed, senior assisted
living community with approximately 79,300 of total square footage. IMC used extensive Building
Information Modeling in the planning, estimating, preconstruction and construction of this project. High-
end finishes and furniture give a homelike feeling for residents. The complex offers a variety of activity
spaces including a wellness center, taproom, theater, art room, full service kitchen, cafe and salon. The
site contains beautiful outdoor spaces with a courtyard, walking paths and firepit. The facility is being
operated by Atria as The Solana Doylestown.
