New Mixed-Use Development
King of Prussia Town Center is a 12-building, 260,000-square-foot retail center located within a 125-
acre mixed-use lifestyle center. At build out, the development will include up to 3,000 residential units, a
parking garage, and multiple office buildings. The project also includes 500 hotel rooms and a specialty
care unit of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The King of Prussia Town Center was named Project
of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal for being the most notable real estate development in
the Philadelphia region.
