专门奖励在校期间遵守寝室规章制度，全体寝室同学能够友爱和谐相处，并且共同营造有品 位的寝室文化氛围的优秀寝室。由寝室管理老师提名，学生发展中心组织考察考核，达到标 准后，由学生发展中心颁发荣誉证书。

Special rewards are given to those who abide by the rules and regulations of the dormitory during the school, so that all dormitory students can get along with each other in a friendly and harmonious way. Supplementary provisions: 1、对于以上的所有奖项，遵守学校的各项规章制度是获奖的重要前提，如果学生因违纪受 到纪律处分，且在处分未解除前，原则上不能获得以上奖项。
1. For all the above awards, it is an important prerequisite to abide by the school’s rules and regulations. In principle, if students are subject to disciplinary violations, the above awards cannot be obtained before the disciplinary action is discharged. 2、学校招生办将在校园网上开设专栏，以图文资料的形式，展示获奖学生的风采，同时， 学生发展中心在校园公示板上张贴表彰决定。

Meanwhile, the Student Development Center will post the commendation decision on the campus bulletin board. 3、对于所有奖励的表彰记录，由学生发展中心存入专门的部门档案。同时，由学生发展中 心将奖励证书的复印件存入学生个人档案，每学期末送到档案室统一存档。
3. The commendation records for all awards will be kept in the special departmental files by the Student Development Center.
