Yes, good point! This conundrum has been the undoing of almost all Professional Learning initiatives in schools, no matter how critical they were or how obvious the benefits were for both teachers and students.
The fact that the transitions that follow are urgently required has no value unless we solve the above problem first. Otherwise, the remainder of this text is not worth reading. So ... what follows are some suggested solutions to our problem.
