NOTE
Expect that greatly increased forces will be required to FLT CTRL
move the control for which the hydraulic assistance has
been turned off.
GEAR
Turning the ELEVATOR CONTROL BOOST switches
OFF will alleviate an elevator hardover maneuver,
leaving the aircraft out of trim in the nose-up direction. DOR/RMP
PERF Immediate correction of trim will be required after the
CONTROL BOOST switches are placed to the OFF
position. JETTISON
F. Trim and engine power..................Use to reduce control forces (PF)
LANDING
Trim should be used with caution in conjunction with pilot inputs to
normal controls to avoid over controlling.
