3. After touchdown, hold nosewheel off the runway, if necessary,
until below the 139-knot ground speed limit. HYD
4. Check for B indications in the HP gauges and for airspeed less
than 145 KTAS prior to moving the power levers to GND IDLE.

than 145 KTAS. This can result in all four engine generators
tripping off line because of an over frequency condition. DOR/RMP
PERF All ac electrical power will be lost resulting in the loss of
antiskid protection and increased landing distances. If hard
braking is being applied when ac power is lost, main tires JETTISON
could blow resulting in possible loss of directional control
and damage to the gear doors and surrounding structure.
NOTE LANDING
If only three Bs are present after touchdown, all power levers can
be moved to GND IDLE, but anticipate a possible minor swing DITCHING
away from the engine with no B. Reverse engines normally,
based on BETA indications. If more than one B is not present
on operating engines, it is most likely because the airspeed is
too fast. Continue slowing and wait for the Bs if runway length is BAILOUT
not critical. If runway length is critical, execute a go-around. An
additional landing at the correct speed should be attempted.
