Adjust the loops to the
5 required size and then
tighten the knot.
Take the left-hand standing
6part around the back of the
left-hand loop and bring it over
Take the working end
7down through its own loop
to tie a half-hitch.
Take the right-hand
8standing part over the top
of the right-hand loop and
round the back.
Tuck the working end through
9its own loop from front to back
to tie another half-hitch.
