NFNL APPAREL TENDER

Dear Kelly
Thank you for the opportunity to express our interest in holding a three-year apparel
license for players and umpires of the NFNL for the 2021—2023 seasons.

Please see attached with this letter our detailed proposal.
Within this letter I take the opportunity to highlight a number of key points;

 MSE Collection has been supplying quality uniforms, apparel, equipment and
merchandise for the past 14 years in various industries and sectors including sport and
recreation, automotive, building and trade, health care, hospitality and corporate to
name just a few.

 Although our supply of match day uniform capabilities have not extended to a league,
we feel that our relevant experiences with the various sectors, associations and clubs
that we have supplied to, will provide the NFNL with an absolute contrast in customer
service capabilities. Through these experiences we understand the need to sustain
long term, genuine relationships with our customers through mutual respect and
understanding.

 Despite MSE Collection not directly supplying match day uniforms to Leagues, our
manufacturer has been supplying match day uniforms to some of Australia’s largest
Football leagues in Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania including the
AFL and NBL for the past 17 years.

 MSE Group is a progressive business that thrives on building meaningful partnerships
with our clients through our diversity as a business. Through the event arm of our
business, we highlight the opportunity as outlined on page 37 of this document under
‘Potential Initiatives’, the possibility of partnering with the NFNL in delivering our event
management services complimentary for one of the leagues major events run every
season.
