PERSONNEL

MSE Group currently employs 8 full time staff and
8 part time/casual staff across both sections of our
business (MSE Collection & MSE Events Group).

To meet the expected demands and ensure the
right service qualities for the Northern Football
Netball League are met, MSE Collection would
propose the following associates to fulfill the
necessary service requirements;

Managing Director: Daniel Bellissimo
Daniel has been with MSE Group since 2009 and oversees the entire operations of the
business. As the sole owner of the business, Daniel drives the entire team to ensure that
we exceed the expectations of our clients in both sections of the business (MSE Events
Group and MSE Collection). Daniel has been involved in local sport for well over 35 years
as a player, Coach and administrator and this combined with his passion for service, will
personally oversee the entire NFNL Account.

Apparel & Merchandise Sales & Operations Manager: Paul Janes
Paul started with the business back in 2005 and in that time has overseen the continued
growth of the Apparel & Merchandise arm of our business. From it’s rather humble
beginnings to now servicing many of Australia’s largest and respected businesses, Paul
has been the catalyst of our continued growth and the reputation that we have forged
with our clients.

Apparel & Merchandise Service and Logistics Manager: Ben Arnold
With growth comes the need to ensure that we continue to strive in customer service
and quality assurance. Since Ben joined MSE Collection back in 2016, our delivery in the
area of apparel and merchandise continues to excel. Ben ensures that the quality of our
garments, stock control and service delivery are met.

NFNL Account Manager: Ray Buhagiar
Ray was added to the team in mid 2019 with a focus of increasing our share in the Sport
and Recreation field. Ray brings with him many year’s of experience in the sporting
apparel and equipment field, most notably as Senior Account Manager for Smash
Enterprises. This experience coupled with his role as Football Manager of the Park
Orchards Senior Football Club for the past 9 years’, provides him with the absolute best
knowledge to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to the NFNL
and it’s partner clubs.

Design and Manufacturing:
The design and manufacturing of all our garments
are produced off-shore in conjunction with our very
reputable manufacturing plant. We are extremely
proud of this partnership of 11 years, with our
combined reputation for quality & quick turnaround
times, a trademark of our consistency. Our
manufacturing plant has designed and produced for
some of Australia’s biggest brands including Adidas
Australia, Star Athletics, Monash University and
AND1 Australia and also have a proven track record
with significant local sporting competitions including
the Yarra Junior Football League and the NBL.
