Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Booths / Displays
A variety of MSMEs will be situated in booths at all meeting venues.
The MSMEs are both exhibiting and retailing their uniquely
Papua New Guinean products, sourced from a number of different
provinces. The MSME booths also provide an insight into the diverse
cultures and traditions that PNG has to offer. To allow for a broad range of
MSMEs to showcase their products, each business will only be on display
for 2-3 days. An MSME Directory is available for collection at each
information desk – the directory contains an MSME schedule and contact
details for each business (subject to change without notice).
Booth Locations:
- International Convention Centre (ICC)
Booth hours: 8am – 6pm
Average price range: PGK5.00 – PGK500.00 (approx.)
Payment options: Cash, Eftpos and credit card
*Eftpos and credit card payments are subject to
availability.
A wide variety of items will be on display and available
to purchase, these include:
Arts and Crafts
Bilums (traditional hand-woven bags), jewellery, tapa cloths, fine art,
designer clothing, leather products, hand-made carvings, traditional
masks, candles and soaps.
Food and Beverages
Coffee, baked goods, PNG-made beverages, PNG-made chocolate
and various oils.
Others
Solar energy products, florists/flower arrangements and tour agencies.
A delivery service is also available for delegates who require goods
transported directly to their accommodation. The MSME Support Staff,
located at the MSME booth area, will be able to assist with any queries
regarding deliveries.
