                   Feedback for Evaluation:
                   1.     Students are welcome to express feedback on course contents and learning
                   experience via e-mail to the course instructors: (johnoreilly@cuhk.edu.hk /
                   hsswong@cuhk.edu.hk) anytime during the course.  A standardized course
                   evaluation form will be provided at the end of the course for students to provide
                   feedback.
                   2.     Turn-around time: two to four weeks from the submission deadline is
                   provided.

                   Instructor’s Responsibilities:
                   1.  To facilitate the learning process for all students in the class;
                   2.  To attend and provide leadership in learning by lecturing, questioning, and asking
                        for opinions and views from the students;
                   3.  To  provide  guidance  in  reading  and  preparing  assignments,  quizzes  and
                        examination;
                   4.  To provide opportunities for students to learn difficult principles and to clarify
                        upon request materials which are not clear to the student; and
                   5.  To design enjoyable learning experiences and motivate students to learn.
