EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT—TODD ROWE

                                      By Jessica DeSantis, Operations Administration—Manufacturing

Todd Rowe, Production Supervisor at Wooster Campus and recent JERRY
award recipient, joined GOJO in April of 2016. When he first came to Wooster
Campus, the buildings were dark and CL1 was only partially assembled.
Todd began interviewing for the first 12 full-time employees at Wooster
Campus and has since been involved with hiring all manufacturing personnel
for the location, including Fluid Shipping and Receiving Technicians, Cleaning
& Sanitization Associates, and Blow Molding Technicians. Todd has also
contributed to starting up CL1, FTO1, and four dispenser lines at Wooster as
well as the tanker unloading system, Wooster Rail Team,
Wooster Label Room Team, and Blow Molding Team.

Todd’s role in establishing Wooster Campus comes from
his robust work history, including 14 years of experience
in manufacturing supervision. Todd started working at
the age of 14 on the roustabout crew for an oil field
company. He would prepare locations for drilling and
also clean up locations after drilling. “My grandpa
instilled in me that if you want something in life, you have
to work for it,” said Todd. “I’ve never been afraid to work,
whether manual labor or with my head.” Thanks to this
strong work ethic, Todd was able to buy his first brand
new pickup truck when he was a senior in high school.
He got his CDL at 18 years old and worked towing semi
trucks. In 2012, Todd started shoveling salt and
sweeping floors for Morton Salt. After a very short time,
Todd became a Rotational Supervisor for the facility.
During his time at Morton, Todd served as a Shipping
                                                          Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Production Planner,
and Pan House and Filter Room Supervisor.

Clearly, no job is too much for Todd. His nomination for
an individual JERRY award in the category Doing What It
Takes came as no surprise to his team members. When
asked how he feels about winning the Doing What It
Takes award, Todd said, “When you know what has to
be done, you do whatever you have to do to get there. If
you want to be good at something you do, you have to
put your whole heart into it.”

Todd has a 10-year-old son, Gavin, and 7-year-old daughter, Gianna. His
fiancé, Jennifer, her 9-year-old son, Carter, and their two black labs, Leo and
Lincoln, complete the family. Todd coaches Gavin’s baseball team and enjoys
Pictured above, Todd Rowe attending Carter’s lacrosse games. “When you raise kids you try to do the
and his fiancé, Jennifer, best you can for them. They have good respect towards other people…
Gianna, Carter, Gavin, and That’s what I try to do as a supervisor. I always treat people how I would want
       dogs, Leo and Lincoln
them to treat me. That is the way to gain respect.”

                                                                                                            4
