THE SCENE TEAM

Are you looking for great ways to get active and get away from your desk? The GOJO SCENE Team
(Social and Community Employee Networking and Engagement) helps employees organize current and
new activities to bring people together across the Enterprise.
What are some of the current activities that are happening this year? The SCENE Team sponsors both the
men’s and co-ed softball teams in the spring and fall, as well as the co-ed competitive volleyball teams. We
also coordinate Chair Yoga sessions and a 3-person basketball team.
Do you have ideas for other teams or activities but don’t know how to get the ball rolling (pun intended!)?
We can help! The SCENE team is looking for fellow GOJO team members who want to come together in
fun, active ways. We can help you organize, find participants and funding, and generally make starting up

FINANCE PROCESS

Have you ever tried to locate Finance documents but cannot find them? For example: the Employee
Purchase form, the Check Request template, or the GOJO Travel Policy. Finance has launched a
new site to house all of these documents and much more in one place.
The site can be easily accessed via myGOJO.com>Quicklinks>Finance Forms, Policies, and
Procedures and eliminates going to multiple places. We are excited about this improvement to our
Financial process and encourage you to visit our site!
GLOBAL IT SECURITY BASICS TRAINING

In an effort to protect against theft and misuse of sensitive data and information, all GOJO North America
employees who use a GOJO-issued computer, tablet, and/or cellphone (including bring-your-own device
users) are required to complete the Global IT Security Basics training by Friday, August 3, 2018.
To access the Global IT Security Basics course, go to myGOJO.com>GOJO – SuccessFactors, and
select Learning from the drop-down menu. If you have any questions regarding this eLearning module,
