For many of us at this time of year, juggling the demands of our daily workload as well as planning
and preparing for the holidays is stressful. Many individuals are separated from friends or family
for the holidays. Bills for all of the holiday spending will come soon enough and tax season will
soon follow. It’s easy to get overwhelmed at this time of year, and it can take a mental and
emotional toll on us. This can be a difficult time of year.

But there is help available – the GOJO Employee Assistance Program (EAP), LifeWorks.
LifeWorks offers several resources to help GOJO team members manage personal issues at
work and at home. The program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no charge to you.
Active, full time, regular status GOJO team members are eligible for this benefit.

The LifeWorks website has hundreds of articles covering health and disease information, health
calculators, online seminars, and self-assessment tools for stress, depression, alcohol abuse
assistance, child and elder care locator tools, and other tools to assist you with work life balance.

There are also financial services for assistance and planning. Eligible team members may use up
to three sessions per benefit year. Accredited Financial Consultants are available to provide
information on personal financial issues, including credit management, budget analysis, home
buying, mortgage refinancing, retirement and basic estate planning, and questions about tax
planning and preparation.

Legal services for eligible GOJO team members includes up to three 30-minute telephone or in-
person legal consultations per benefit year.
