LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
A Continued Focus on Building Enterprise Capability
By Bri Olesh, Learning & Development
Building Enterprise capability is a key focus as GOJO continues to collaborate, innovate, and grow.
Enabling teams to reach high performance within our uniquely networked environment is a priority as we
continue to work on implementing the Leadership Development strategy. The GOJO Team Effectiveness
model, the Tools and Templates project, and Sponsorship Development project are critical components
driving the Leadership Development initiative—and we’re excited to continue this great work in 2018!
GOJO TEAM EFFECTIVENESS
Teamwork is an important part of GOJO ways of working—we work in teams, by teams, and through teams.
Team Effectiveness guides teams through the 4 Cs, Context, Composition, Competencies, and Change
Agility to ensure effective performance across all stages of the team lifecycle, from orientation to high
performance.
Today, over 500 employees from over 70 teams have either completed or are currently working through the
GOJO Team Effectiveness process, with the goal of sustaining high performance. In Q1 of 2018, we will
launch a comprehensive Team Effectiveness toolkit on myGOJO.com that will provide resources for various
team effectiveness tools, including new ways for teams to facilitate conversations and problem solve within
the team dynamic.
