On December 8th, members of the City of Wooster, the Wayne County City Commissioners, the
Wayne County Community Improvement Corporation, and the Wayne County Economic Council joined
GOJO senior leaders and team members for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the
        GOJO Wooster Campus rail line.
Less than three years ago, we announced the expansion of our manufacturing and distribution
operations with the opening of GOJO Wooster Campus. During this short period of time, we have
accomplished many things, including growing our manufacturing and distribution capabilities and
creating new jobs. The opening of the rail line at GOJO Wooster Campus is another exciting milestone
that will continue to build our operations capabilities.
The rail line at GOJO Wooster Campus allows us to receive ethanol (a key ingredient in PURELL®
branded products) by rail. Expanding our transportation infrastructure is an important component to
ensuring continued efficiency and building capacity. In addition, rail operations support our commitment
to creating Sustainable Value. Compared to trucking, shipping by rail has 1/10 the carbon footprint per
        ton-mile.
Thank you to the team members who collaborated to make this project a success. Over 35 team
members from across the Enterprise collaborated to ensure the successful and timely opening of the
rail line at GOJO Wooster Campus. The efforts of this team are helping to pave the way for our future -
a future of growth and sustainable transportation.
