GOJO Rallies to Support Those
Affected by Hurricane Harvey

As a Purpose-driven Family Enterprise, employee well-being is highly valued, and we are committed to
supporting our GOJO team members during times when their well-being is at risk, such as following the
aftermath of a natural disaster. Several weeks ago, Mark Lerner expressed a need for support for the GOJO
employees affected by the natural disasters along the coast. In response to this communication, GOJO
employees gave generously to provide support during this difficult time. Healthcare Sales Director Mike
Ceballos, the GOJO employee affected by Hurricane Harvey, expressed his sincere appreciation by saying,
“I want to express my sincerest ‘Thank You’ for the contributions to me and my family during the
Hurricane Harvey disaster recently. As I’m going through this, I’ve had so many of you reach out to
show your concern and offer help, and GOJO has done so much for me through this trying time. I’ve
used the contributions to secure a rental property for my daughter and I that is close to my house
(about a mile away); I’ve signed a 6-month lease and it’s looking like I’ll be here for at least a year
due to the reconstruction of my house. In addition, my daughter was able to open several gifts due
to your generosity, and seeing the smile on her face brought a smile to my face. I cannot express
how grateful I am to be part of an organization like GOJO, and to have co-workers that truly care
about the well-being of others. Again, from my daughter and I, thank you to everyone! We greatly
appreciate the help and we are looking to getting past this disaster situation as soon as possible.”

Thank you to everyone who gave of their time, energy, and money to provide support to those
affected by Hurricane Harvey.
