PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
when it comes to a haz mat situation we work together to get it cleaned up fast and
in a timely manner. one group gets pig mats and buckets, the next group gets the
air meter, the next group is already down at the spill turning stuff off and using red
or yellow tape and telling people to leave the area, call supervisor and notify them of
the spill. once we are all done there we clean it up and help each other use our
heads to clean it up fast and how this happened. its awesome to see an team like
us get it done that good.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
we are a family. we work together, we are stronger together, we help each other,
and we are there for one other. a lot of records get broke on the lines and job duties
get done to the best of our ability. we are just awesome and I love our team we
grew to be great.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Helped break a lot of productions line records, less soap spills, and job duties got
done in a timely manner.
